B) Economy Plan: - 1 year of validity - BharatBiz Branded - 1 X Branded QR code standee - BharatBiz Branded - 1 X NFC Smart Card

C) Premium Plan: - 1 year of validity - 1 your branded theme NFC card - Smart QR standee with NFC enabled - WhatsApp enabled e-commerce store

Non-Refundable Policy:

In the event that you receive a QR code or standee that does not match your business records or is incorrect, please inform our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon confirmation of the issue, a replacement unit will be shipped to you free of cost.

Customer Responsibility:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the information provided for the creation of the QR code, standee, and other custom products is accurate and complete. BharatBiz will not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Cancellation Policy:

Since the plans include customized hardware and services, cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed and processed.
